Can a reformed player ever truly play by someone else's rules?
Sam Walsh has finally put an end to decades of self-destruction, turned over a healthy new leaf, and now he's ready to call himself a married man. But love and marriage are only the beginning, and life is about to get much more complicated.

Will tying the knot tie down a free spirit?
Tiel Desai never imagined herself getting married again, and before she can blink, she's swept up into the Walsh wedding whirlwind. If that chaos isn't enough, she's also busy winning over her future in-laws, grappling with a bumpy adjustment to her new job, and staying afloat when a string of disappointments hit.

They're building a future, but can they ever fully demolish the past?
Sam and Tiel beat back their demons and learned to love each other, but love might not be enough to solve every problem that crawls their way.

Tiel's Wedding Playlist
From RESTORED: I got swept up in the final weeks of classes before winter break, and tasked myself with building The Best Wedding Playlist Ever. It was all Van Morrison, The Lumineers, Jack Johnson, Neil Young, Ed Sheeran, Ellie Goulding, Mumford & Sons, Corinne Bailey Rae, David Gray, and The Fray. It wasn't enough to create a playlist; I was also obsessed with recording my own versions of these tracks and forcing my syrupy love songs down the unwitting throats of my YouTube subscribers.

1.      "Into the Mystic" – Van Morrison
2.      "Stubborn Love" – The Lumineers
3.      "Ho Hey" – The Lumineers
4.      "Better Together" – Jack Johnson
5.      "Sitting, Waiting, Wishing" – Jack Johnson
6.      "The Wayward Wind" – Neil Young
7.      "Heart of Gold" – Neil Young
8.      "Thinking Out Loud" – Ed Sheeran
9.      "Everything Has Changed" – Ed Sheeran
10.  "Lights" – Ellie Goulding
11.  "Burn" – Ellie Goulding
12.  "Lover of the Light" – Mumford & Sons
13.  "Winter Winds" – Mumford & Sons
14.  "The Cave" – Mumford & Sons
15.  "This Year's Love" – David Gray
16.  "Come Away with Me" – Norah Jones
17.  "Like a Star" – Corinne Bailey Ray
18.  "Fell in Love with a Boy" – Joss Stone
19.  "All of Me" – John Legend

Excerpt

Sam sat up and gestured to my neon pink polka-dotted panties. "Allow me to demonstrate."
A couple of months ago, Shannon and Lauren threw down over the topic of panty-ripping. Shannon argued that underwear weren't made of paper, and they didn't tear as easily as some liked to believe. Lauren insisted that Matt had been known to rip a pair or two, and when the right fabric was in the right hands, the task wasn't insurmountable.
I didn't wade into that argument, but not because I didn't have strong feelings about it. No, my greater concern was suffering a bout of word vomit and accidentally mentioning that I'd been sitting at brunch bare-assed because Sam tore my last clean pair off me that morning.
Much like the ones he tore off just now.
"Are you going to be quiet?" he asked, my shredded panties hanging off his finger and the gleam in his eye telling me that every answer was the right one.

Review
Restored was everything I wanted it to be and more. Kate Canterbary nailed Sam and Tiel's story yet again. The Walshes are an absolute favorite of mine and I love each and every one of their stories. If you haven't read this series before, I highly recommend it.

Sam and Tiel haven't ever had it easy in their relationship. Between their family drama and their own personal insecurities, this story was the perfect follow up to Necessary Restoration. Watching Sam love Tiel to the fullest has to be one of my absolute favorite things about this story.

The Walsh family sibilings are close and they haven't exactly always had it easy. When the tension arises in Necessary Restoration with some of the family towards Sam and Tiel as a individuals as well as them a couple in Restored you feel those relationships heal and evolve into something great.

Restored is one of my favorite reads of 2016! Go check out the amazing words for Sam and Tiel that Kate has written.

About Kate Canterbary
Kate Canterbary doesn't have it all figured out, but this is what she knows for sure: spicy-ass salsa and tequila solve most problems, living on the ocean--Pacific or Atlantic--is the closest place to perfection, and writing smart, smutty stories is a better than any amount of chocolate. She started out reporting for an indie arts and entertainment newspaper back when people still read newspapers, and she has been writing and surreptitiously interviewing people--be careful sitting down next to her on an airplane--ever since. Kate lives on the water in New England with Mr. Canterbary and the Little Baby Canterbary, and when she isn't writing sexy architects, she's scheduling her days around the region's best food trucks.
