Monster Prick by Kendall Ryan Cover Reveal

Over my dead body.

That's what I told Gracie when she informed me of her plan to pick some random guy she met online to get rid of her pesky virginity.

If anyone is touching her, it's going to be me.

I shouldn't even be considering it, but I can't get it out of my head: her, under me, begging me.

***
Arrogant. Cocky. Prick.

Those are the words I’d use to describe my older brother’s dangerously handsome best friend.

When he learned of my plan to kick off my white cotton briefs, ditching my good girl persona once and for all by losing my virginity to the first eligible bachelor I could find, he flipped out. Said over his dead body.

He says if anyone’s going to do it, it’s going to be him.

I hate that I’m even considering his offer.

But I am … I sooo am.

Ever since he suggested it, all I can think about is his cocky smile on those full lips as he’s driving in to me.

But if we cross that line … will I ever be able to go back?

MONSTER PRICK, a sexy romantic comedy, is a spin off novella from SCREWED, but can be read as a standalone, as it features a new couple.

“What if I could help you?”

I have no idea what the hell I was thinking. The words just leaped out of my mouth. Listening to Gracie talk about kicking off her granny panties and popping her cherry with some random Internet dick...I guess it drove me temporarily insane.

But there's no taking back the idea now. Gracie sucks in her breath, blinking wide-eyed. “What do you mean?” she asks.

What do I mean? Here I am, sitting next to the world's most beautiful girl—drowning in her eyes, her scent, the gentle puff of her breath on my mouth that begs me to close the distance. I know what I want, but I also know what will happen if I take it. My best friend will rip off my balls and feed them to me. And I'll probably deserve every second.

But sweet Jesus, I'm pretty sure Gracie wants this, too, and that's enough to blow my better judgment to pieces. All I care about right now is making her feel better. In as many ways as possible. And if her slightly quickened breathing, blown pupils, and flushed cheeks are anything to go by...

As an experiment, I dart out the tip of my tongue to wet my lips. Her darkened eyes drop like a magnet yanked them. Yeah, bingo. Having a little black book as thick as the dictionary has its advantages. I know damn well how to tell when a woman wants me.

[Review] Finding You by Kelly Elliott

If Grace Johnson knew one thing at all, it was that all men were dirt bags.

All men … except Noah.

“I was lost in his eyes. Lost in his tears. My goal was to pull him out of the darkness … if even if it dragged me in as well.”

If Noah Bennet knew one thing at all, it was he needed Grace Johnson.

Needed her … desperately.

“My pain was pulling me under … she was my only saving grace.”

Grace is willing to put everything on the line to help bring back the man she is hopelessly in love with. Even if it costs her the future she’s been longing for.

“If finding you means losing a part of me … I’ll do it.”

Finding You is book 4 in the Love Wanted in Texas series.

Review
5 out of 5 stars

"I wanted to wake up every morning with you wrapped in my arms. I want to see your beautiful smile each night when I lay my head on the pillow. Hear you breathing next to me." -Noah

I think I have read every Kelly Elliott book out there. Can you tell I love her? Her books just remind me of home and why I love country so much. Finding you was raw and real. I didn't expect it to be this way. From all her books I felt like this book had more real elements. It had problems and issues that hurt my heart. It was nice to see this because it made the story so real to me.

I have been waiting for Noah and Grace's story for so long! Ever since they ran into each other in the first book (Wanted) I needed to know their story. I knew Grace had issues with commitment because of her first boyfriend and I knew she thought Noah was married! So to know what she thought broke my heart. Thought the other books Grace had some run ins with Noah but through most of them I could feel her sadness pour from the pages right into my heart. Kelly Elliott did an amazing job building this character and this story. She was preparing us since the very beginning. It was not easy to read because sometimes Noah hurt your heart.

Noah, sweet Noah, was unbelievable in the beginning. He seemed like the perfect man but then some heartbreaking news is revealed and it literally hurt me. It was so sad and he was in darkness but he choose to try to pull out for Grace. Grace was so brave and strong to endure all of Noah's moods during his rough road. I loved her even more for this. She stuck with him to try and help him. It was incredible to watch their journey together.

I loved this book even though it broke my heart at times. It came together so well, and I loved seeing the other characters as well. I love and find it so funny is that the guys always fear meeting the parents of their girlfriends. Seeing Jeff and Noah was hilarious! What I am really excited for is the next book that will include Grayson and Meagan! For sure that one is going to be interesting...

[Blog Tour] The Dark Ones by Rachel Van Dyken

The Dark Ones
Release Date: Sept 20, 2015
BLURB
To touch a Dark One is death.
To talk to an immortal is suicide.
Yet, I've been marked by both.
A Vampire.
And the King of the immortals.
My life is no longer my own.
And now I know the truth, my life was never mine to begin with.
It was theirs.
It's always been theirs.

Review

Rachel Van Dyken blew my mind away with The Dark Ones. It was so beautifully constructed and it came together greatly. This paranormal book was not something I expected from her but I am so glad she wrote it because it brought me life. I am so passionate about this book. It has been a while since I read something this great. It made me laugh, it had me scared, it made me love, and it made me fear. I felt every emotion along with the characters.  It was so unique to me and I appreciate her giving me both sides of the characters. We got to see Ethan and Genesis.

The beginning was so mysterious I didn't have a clue where The Dark Ones was going to lead me. I didn't know what kind of book it would be. There was a sense of fear pouring off of Genesis but she was also brave and strong. Genesis number was picked so she had to present herself in front of creatures that she was taught to hate. She was taught that she was nothing, that she was ugly. It was sad to see her life being belittled by her own mother. So one going in front of the individuals for the ceremony she wasn't prepared for them.

So we have a two Sirens. Alex and Stephanie who are supposed to be sensual and sexual. They are both beautiful. Heck all of them are dangerously beautiful. The werewolf Mason was one of my favorite characters. He was funny and sweet. Ethan was a vampire and Cassius was a dark one, half-angel, half-human. Right away we learned that these two had a bad history together. I liked that the immortals were scared of Cassius. He was like their leader. He also seemed mean and scary to me.

The immortals take Genesis and they fear for her life. They have gone through a lot and they don't want another human to die because of Cassius so they try to mark her to take away what Cassius did to her. They all try but Ethan is the one that in the end covers Cassius mark with his own. Ethan has a bad past so he didn't want to do this but in the end he does and now Genesis is his mate.

Ethan and Genesis together we a deadly combination! They were so attracted to one another and it was great! Those were some of the best scenes. It kept a smile on my face. I also like Mason he was so cute. The whole steak/berries/pinecone scenes were hilarious. The jokes between the immortals was one of the best parts. I liked that they got along. I also liked that glimpses from the past were shown.

Since Ethan bit her I was hooked. I didn't know if Genesis was going to die, live, or turn immortal. The rest of this book is crazy and it has a lot of elements that shocked me! There were so many surprised and new characters that later showed up. It was beyond exciting. I couldn't stop reading this book. The words and where the book was leading was to good to put down. It surprised me how much I came to love it. Speaking of it now just makes me bubble with excitement. I really really recommend this book. There should be more books coming and this book set up the next one perfectly. It had enough intrigue and surprise to have you anticipating it. Go purchase this book now because it is definitely a must read!

The Call Series by Emma Hart New Cover Reveal

Late Call
She’s a high class call girl. He’s taking over his father’s business.

Seven years ago, they fell in love in Paris.

They walked away at the end of the summer, never imagining they’d meet again.

Now he’s her client.

We fell in love the way you jump from a cliff. Hard and fast with a reckless sense of abandon. The six weeks we spent together changed my life, but at seventeen, I was naive. I was a dreamer. A believer.

Now I’m twenty-four and cynical. I don’t believe in love. There’s no place for such emotions as a high class escort. The only things I’m allowed to feel are physical – and that’s why it’s so damn hard when the client of a last minute job turns out to be the man I left in France seven years ago. When he buys me for six weeks at triple my rate, my agent makes it clear I have no choice but to take the job despite our previous relationship. And my heart makes it very clear I have to stay firmly on top of the cliff this time.

Because for six weeks, I once again belong to Aaron Stone.

We crashed and burned like a falling plane. Hard and fast with an inevitable explosion. Another few weeks together changed my life the way the first did. At twenty-four, I became naïve again. I became a dreamer again. A believer. And walking away hurts just as much as it did seven years ago.

But over doesn’t have to mean over-at least in Aaron Stone’s mind. His pursuit is relentless, his determination unwavering. He’ll go to any lengths to keep me and prove that I belong to him. Unfortunately, love isn’t easy, and whether or not I forgive him is irrelevant to his past catching up with us. Once again, our relationship is haunted by a secret, one that could destroy everything, and the secret is born from the need to protect the other…

But the tables have turned, because the secret is mine.

Final Call is the second and final book in the Call series and is the conclusion to Aaron and Dayton's story. It's is not a standalone and Late Call must be read first.

Review
3.5 Stars out of 5 Stars

This book was not what I expected it to be. It surprised me early on with the way it started. It starts off with a little bit of background form one of the main characters, Willow. We see a little bit of her history and then Willow is at a club and she is drawn to a man. They have a one night stand and I was like ok lets see what happens. It was extremely shocking to find out that Willow becomes pregnant from that one night stand. I thought this was crazy but it made the situation and the characters more real. I liked this because in all the books we see that characters have the perfect relationship but in this one it starts off rough.

What makes it more rough is that they just have that one night stand with each other without even knowing their last names or anything about each other. I was like wow, know what is going to happen? How is she going to find a guy named Paul who could be anywhere in the states? Well, leave that to destiny. She gets a job at a sports blog and she is doing a profile on a team with no other than THE Paul, the president of the Plainview Thrashers. Both are shocked but Willow especially since she holds the truth about their son Jack. He is just a few months old so not too much time passed.

Paul has no idea about Jack but he is still attracted to Willow. This book felt so real to me because of all the problems they faced. I have never read a book with such a quick start. The problem starts right away. Paul and Willow have a lot to work through. Willow needs to tell Paul the truth. She also has tor write a piece about the Thrashers. The Thrashers have lot of issues and she must remain conscious of that. Will she risk making Paul and his father look bad?

Paul needs to makes his family legacy survive. This means that his father owns the Plainview Thrashers and he will own it one day. Paul has a lot of problems with his father. His father is hardheaded and mean. They clash a lot and that is a problem. So will Paul choose his family legacy or will he choose his family?

I liked that this wasn't really a chase. The family was already started. Now it is Paul who has to chose between two very important things. Will it work out in the end?

Review
4.5 out of 5 stars

This book had me hooked since the beginning! Leaving Me Behind was more than I thought it would be because it had me questioning the story. Its mystery drew me in along with the hot, sexy, and fun scenes. I absolutely loved how Sigal Ehrlich started the book. The mystery guy kept me guessing and it had me intrigued with each coming word. The man was so mysterious and she would give little snippets of him here and there until bam the scene when they "officially" met came along!

It was a journey that led Liv to a little town called Serenidad. Well more like a self discovery type of thing but she finally decides to take a trip that she had wanted to take for a while now. She has issues with her mother but she disregarded what she said and took the trip without much approval for her. I thought I knew Liv but she was not what I expected. She surprised me and intrigued me. She gets to Serenidad and she makes friends almost instantly. I liked this because she had someone to talk to and gossip with. Those friends turn out to be really great and they form a very nice bond (one bond with a person I didn't really expect). She also meets a man. The MYSTERY man that had me hooked to the book. He appeared and he revealed so little of himself he kept you wondering and guessing who could this man be?

I loved that he spoke Spanish because that is hot! I know Spanish and I love the language. I grew up with it all my life and I was expecting there to be a little more Spanish speaking in the book but there wasn't. That was about the only thing that disappointed me though! The rest of the story had me interested. I am debating whether to tell you about this mystery man. I liked the idea of it so much that I think I will let him remain a mystery. AND believe me it is really hard not to talk about him but I will give you a little something to keep you intrigued. He is a sexy beast! He is something else. When I learned more and more about him I was like my dream man. He had his bad moments but I mean who doesn't? I would have died if he would have spoken more Spanish! He was the one that had me swooning while I wanted to strangle Liv. She was just so stubborn. That made me angry. A lot. But in the end I liked her and I understood more about her reluctance.

This is was a very nice romance book. I finished it real quick and it kept me on my toes with that mystery but once that passed it was a little frustrating because of Liv but it kept getting better. The whole idea and concept was great. Sigal Ehrlich does a great job with her books. This is the second one that I have read and I knew I was going to love it. I like her writing style and I loved this book. I definitely recommend it.
Sigal Ehrlich Bio:
By teen age, Sigal already lived in three different continents where she was lucky enough to experience and visit varied places, meet unique people, which only helped fuel her overly developed imagination. Currently, Sigal calls Estonia home where she lives with her husband and three kids.
Not exactly sure where they will end up next…

Screwed Blog Tour

Release Date: September 15

SYNOPSIS
I have one rule: Don’t shit where you eat.

Several of the women in the condo complex I own would love some one-on-one playtime, and why wouldn’t they? I’m young, fit, attractive, and loaded. Not to mention I’m packing a sizable bulge below the belt. It’s a combination that drops panties on a regular basis.

Yay, me, right?

But my cock, troublemaker that he is, has been confined to my trousers by my business partner. A concession I agreed to, and one that’s never been hard to enforce until Emery moves in across the hall. She’s smart, young, determined, and sexy as hell. I want a taste. I won’t stop until I’m buried deep inside the succulent new-in-town brunette.

After being warned about my past, she does her best to steer clear, but I’m about to show her that underneath it all, I’m a guy with a heart of gold and a cock of steel.

My name is Hayden Oliver, and this is my story.

SCREWED is standalone romantic comedy by New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author Kendall Ryan.
Review
Screwed is addicting. It has you wanting to know what will happen with Hayden and Emery with each word they exchange. I kept thinking are they really just friends cuz the way Hayden would speak was hot! I have always loved Kendall Ryan’s books but this one is by far my favorite. I loved the whole idea of the book and I fell in love with Hayden and Emery. They were both so lovable. Well for Hayden being lovable is questionable but he sure is sexy and has fun insinuations.
I especially love that we get to know the thoughts of both of them. It makes the book feel more complete.

I knew Hayden was going to be a player since the beginning of the book but what I didn’t expect was for him to agree with his business partner, Hudson, about not pursuing women. Well he agrees but right away Emery comes in and gets his attention but he listens to Hudson because he wants to keep his promise. I liked that this book had this element because we see so many where the woman stops the guy from being a player but in this one his partner initiates it. I thought that it was different so I liked it.

Emery is a totally smart and a knockout! She is trying to be a lawyer and she works hard. Her life hasn’t been easy. Men have hurt her in the past so she decides to focus on her job when she moves to California for her new internship. I liked her personality and I thought she was just the girl for Hayden. I found it funny how she tries to focus on herself but Hayden soon becomes an important part of her routine.
So Hayden decides to become best friends with Emery. He really has never had a women friend before so no one believes in him. They become really close really fast. They do a lot of things together and it soon becomes a nice little friendship but they have a lot of sexual attraction towards each other. I liked that they tried to become friends but will that turn into something more? You must read this book to find out! It is a nice quick read.

Excerpt:
"Tell me more about you," Emery asks, leaning in toward me.
"What do you want to know?"
"Enlighten me." She shrugs.
Leaning back in my seat, I cross my ankles. "My job is pretty much my life, and I love what I do. Taking an old rundown building and turning it into luxury units that rent for top dollar is awesome. It never gets old. I love seeing the transformations."
"That's amazing." She nods. "What else ... surely there has to be more to you than just work."
"You want to know something deep, huh?"
She nods, eager.
I think about it for a second, and memories of my checkered past flash through my brain. But rather than watch her expression turn to one of sympathy when she learns my past, I'd rather see her face light up with a smile. "Blow jobs are my spirit animal."
She rolls her eyes at me, but laughs.
Mission accomplished.
“You seem normal enough. What in the hell did you do to piss off Roxy?” She chuckles as she says this, and suddenly all the blood in my veins turns to ice water.
I scrub a hand across the back of my neck. “Roxy and I . . . it’s a long story, and not one I care to discuss right now.”
She pouts. “Fine. Regardless of your history with Roxy, you didn’t deny what she told me about you.”
“What exactly did she say?” Now I’m actually curious.
She shrugs, playing with the long strands of hair from her ponytail that rest on her shoulder. “She just warned me to stay away from you. Told me about your man-whore background.”
“Well, your virtue is safe. I made a deal with my business partner. No more sleeping with tenants.” I’m not sure why I’m telling her this, maybe because it’ll be easier to enforce the friends-only rule I’ve set for myself if she knows that she’s off-limits to me.
“So sleeping around in general is still fine?” There’s a mocking tone to her voice.
“Absolutely. This will be just friends.” I gesture between us. “Unless, you naughty girl, you’re trying to tempt me.” I give her a flirty wink.
She frowns and shakes her head. “Not a chance in hell. I told you. I’m done with men, and you, Hayden Oliver, by all accounts are a piece of shit.”
“Excuse me?” I cock an eyebrow at her.
“I’ve dated guys like you before. And I classify all men who think with their dicks under S for Shitty.”
“I do think with my cock on a regular basis, so I can’t argue with you there. But he’s so much more fun than my brain.”
This gets a small smile from her, and my heart beats just a little faster.
“Seriously, why would I take a chance on you and have my heart broken again?”
“Because I have a nine-inch cock and I know where the G-spot is?”

Her cheeks turn pink, belying her cool, confident tone. “Tempting, but not good enough.”
