Chasing You is a beautiful book that brings two people
together. Kelly Elliot creates a story of a girl with a broken past and a boy
that will do anything to chase after her. Chasing You had me hooked right away.
There was not a time when I wasn't completely submerged in the story.
I have been waiting for a book like this for a while. Chasing You and the
leading man, Grayson, have enraptured me. Chasing You won me over.
In the past Love Wanted in Texas books, Meagan has always been
present. Not a lot was known about her because she was her own person. She
was always away from the group. I didn't understand her and I had no
clue what her past would be. She has a difficult past, but a rewarding future.
Meagan has a strong and beautiful character. I
was completely impressed by her. She is my favorite leading lady so far.
Grayson was exciting. He wasn't always seen in the previous
book. He was a stripper in one of the books but I thought he wasn't
going to be heard of again, but I was wrong. Grayson was very much present in
the previous book and in this one. I loved seeing him as a stripper. We got to
see him as a sexy dancer, but in this book he is so much more. I discovered
why he took on the stripper career and why it was important. In this book he has ditched
the stripper role and takes on the career of detective. He is sexy as a
detective too. Grayson is different from the other guys. He is definitely
no cowboy. I LOVED that. He was a nice change and I fell in love with him.
There is just something so sweet, compassionate, and fierce about him
that drew me in. He is one sexy book boyfriend.
This story goes through the love they share and a lot of
what they do in their life. Meagan is a counselor for people who have
been bullied. I loved that she has these amazing goals in
life. She is dedicated. Grayson and Meagan are trying to find each other while
working towards their own careers. Danger soon arises and Grayson now chases Meagan,
not for her to fall in love, but to save her. There is a thrilling
and dangerous feeling that arises in this book. There is a feeling of
sadness and an overwhelming need to help others who need it.
Emotions run wild in this book
and that is exactly what makes Chasing you so good. It gives you this sense of
needing to chase after what you want in life and have something as
powerful as Meagan and Grayson have. Kelly Elliott wrote a story that is inspiring
and it makes you want to live stronger.
