ReviewStay by A.L. Jackson is my favorite book by her to date! It was so unbelievingly perfect and unlike anything I expected. I was ready for this player, someone who was wild. I saw Ash as untamable. Something about him always screamed hurt and and hopeless. What I got was someone so incredibly amazing and sweet and incredible. Stay is a book I consumed with my whole heart. I didn't want it to ever end because Ash, he is the real deal. He has my heart in his hands.
I went into this book prepared because I know just how impactful A.L. Jackson's writing is. Even with that warning I gave myself this book still had me full of emotions. Stay is the story of Ash and Willow. Willow is this beautiful and innocent, but strong woman. She was my absolute favorite. I loved who she was and what she did. Willow and Ash own me. My favorite A.L. Jackson characters.
This is hard to put into words. I always have all the words when I review. I always have to stop myself from writing too much, but with this book I can't even express me emotions in their entirety. It would be cheating anyways to tell you all everything I feel. That needs to be read for yourself. Ash is perfection and the things he does and says to Willow are a total contradiction of his character. With her he is different and undeniably sweet. I was in awe of him. All I can tell you is that you need to read this book. I don't care what you are reading right now, this book deserves your attention now.
Stay is A.L. Jackson's best work. I am so glad she shared it with the worlds and let us in this amazing world. I still can't get over Ash or this book. I think Ash will stay engraved in my heart. That is where I want to keep him. He is serious book boyfriend material!
