Review

Emma Hart is always brilliant with her books, but with Casanova I was feeling it in a whole new level. Casanova left me on a high of words that I don’t ever want to come down from. It was every little part that made up the book that made it so perfect. The writing as a whole gave me chills and brought on the feels like never before. The characters and the development of the book gave me the best experience. This is my favorite Emma Hart book. That is serious right there, because I have read all her books and I’ve loved a lot of them. Once I read Casanova, I knew this would be the one book that changed everything. 

Lani is a freelance journalist and I love that! Every time there is a journalist in a story I am automatically hooked. This girl was strong and brave and doesn’t let anyone control her. She is one of my favorite heroines. She was a tough girl and sometimes she was too much. She spoke her mind and didn’t let Brett walk all over her. 

Brett. He was a seriously arrogant and cocky man, and not just a little, but full on. He was difficult at the beginning. He was hard and harsh. I didn’t know if he could redeem himself but oh was I wrong. He redeemed himself far more than is possible. About 50% in I was more feeling things to the max. My poor heart was too full it could burst. Brett caused these full blown emotions out of me that I didn’t think I could feel. 

Casanova will just be one of my top books I have ever read. It will stay engraved in my heart and Brett will be right there with my favorite book boyfriends. Emma Hart creates a scene that you don’t want to get out of. I would love to live in this book.
